Return Policy
Section 1
Merchandise being returned must have an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number)
Merchandise returned without prior authority (an RGA#) will be refused.
Merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid.
Section 2
There are three acceptable reasons for return of fasteners.
  1. Fastener does not work in designated tool.
  2. Fastener is not of quality workmanship, material and/or coating.
  3. We shipped the wrong fastener.
For any of the above reasons, we will replace at no additional cost to you; upon receipt of the merchandise that is being returned, in resaleable condition; replacement product. If a suitable product is not available, we will return your money, including shipping cost, or we will credit your account.
Section 3
If you want to return fasteners for any of the following reasons.
  1. You ordered the wrong fastener for the application.
  2. You ordered the wrong fastener for the tool.
  3. You ordered too large of a quantity
We will except the return of the product if it is in resaleable condition.
The merchandise will be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee.
Or you may purchase other fasteners of greater or equal value.
  • You will be subject to the additional freight.
  • You will be charge a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee on original fasteners.
  • Section 4
    Tools sold that do not have manufacturers warranty centers and break within a 90 (ninety) day period from date of shipment will be warranted through us.
    1. Driver Blades are not warranted.
    2. The proper fastener must have been used in the tool.
    3. You must have not abused the tool (i.e. dropped it, or something dropped on it).
    We will fix or replace the tool and return it to you.
    We will refund the cost of shipping the tool to us.
    Section 5
    Any shortages must be reported within 10 (ten) days of shipment.
    Claims for transit damage, both visable and concealed, must be made directly to the carrier. Claims for transit damage must be made to the carrier within 10 (ten) days.
    Section 6
    There are three ways in which you may obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number)
    1. E-Mail to us "Request for RGA#" by clicking below
    2. Fax your request by printing out the form, and fax the request to 603 382 1866
    3. Call in your request at 603 382 1862 and ask for "Request for Return Authorization"
