Section 1 |
Merchandise being returned must have an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number) |
Merchandise returned without prior authority (an RGA#) will be refused. |
Merchandise being returned must be shipped prepaid. |
Section 2 |
There are three acceptable reasons for return of fasteners.

Section 3 |
If you want to return fasteners for any of the following reasons.
The merchandise will be subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Or you may purchase other fasteners of greater or equal value. |
Section 4 |
Tools sold that do not have manufacturers warranty centers and break within a 90 (ninety)
day period from date of shipment will be warranted through us.
We will refund the cost of shipping the tool to us. |
Section 5 |
Any shortages must be reported within 10 (ten) days of shipment. Claims for transit damage, both visable and concealed, must be made directly to the carrier. Claims for transit damage must be made to the carrier within 10 (ten) days. |
Section 6 |
There are three ways in which you may obtain an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization Number)
